MU Series Horizontal Clean Agent Fire Extinguisher - 225 Cubic Feet
As an enhancement to Fireboy's product line, the company has added this manual/automatic extinguisher designed specifically for horizontal mounting.
This unit uses the FK-5-1-12 clean extinguishing agent and is designed for maximum firefighting efficiency when mounted in the horizontal position.
Why Fireboy-Xintex is Needed:
Continuous protection
Automatic operation
Manual operation with pull cable
Peace of mind
Often detects and suppresses a fire before it is known
International system approvals (FM, USCG, CE, RINA, BV)
FK-5-1-12 Clean Extinguishing Agent approved for marine use worldwide (EPA SNAP and European)
Approved for Class B fires in engine rooms, machinery spaces, and similar industrial applications
Applications:
Fire protection fluid with very low global warming potential (GWP <1)
Low toxicity in a properly designed system (no harm to personnel)
No damage to sensitive equipment
Not targeted for emission reduction or phase-out
Coverage from 25-485 ft3 (0.7-13.7 m3) for engine rooms, machinery spaces, and other enclosed spaces for Class B fires
Factory Mutual and USCG Approved
Don't Just Manage a Fire. Extinguish it.
FK-5-1-12 clean extinguishing agent is a highly effective clean fire suppressant designed to extinguish a fire in its incipient stage before it has a chance to spread.
The FK-5-1-12 clean extinguishing agent evaporates more than 50 times faster than water. Transitions from a liquid to a gaseous state very rapidly when discharged through a nozzle and readily achieves vapor-extinguishing concentrations in the air.
Low toxicity (no harm to personnel)
Extinguishes fires in less than half the time of CO2 and other inert gases
No damage to sensitive equipment
Not targeted for emission reduction or phase-out
Ready to Install
Each Fireboy system includes a heavy-duty powder-coated steel shelf bracket system, helm display, and owner’s manual.

CO Alarm 12/24V DC - Black
A Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector should be installed in each accommodation space. Small crafts or RV's with an open design may require only one (1) detector for adequate protection. If two (2) or more sleeping areas or spaces are partitioned, then one (1) detector should be installed in each of the spaces.
The Fireboy-Xintex CMD6-M Series CO alarm uses a sensor operating with a microprocessor to measure Carbon Monoxide (CO) levels. Using a “Time Weighted Average” (TWA) process, it monitors CO concentration, temperature and time to calculate levels of Carboxyhemoglobin (COHb). COHb is the degree to which the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood is impeded by the union of carbon monoxide to the hemoglobin and as expressed as a percentage. The human body absorbs CO easier than oxygen and COHb is the ratio absorbed carbon monoxide to oxygen in bloodstream.
The CMD6-M alarm calculates the COHb as function of time and determines the appropriate alarm response.
*Long sensor life – approximately 7 year end-of-life (EOL)
Features:
Microprocessor controlled
Compact design for inconspicuous protection
Time-weighted average CO measurement process constantly monitors all CO levels
Highly resistant to most chemicals, solvents & cleaners
CMD6-MD 12/24V DC model uses boat power and has permanent internal backup Lithium-metal batteries
Technical Specifications:
Power Usage - 4 mA
Alarm Point - 10% COHb
Alarm Horn - 85 dBA
Dimensions - .5" x 3.5" x 1.21" (8.9 x 8.9 x 3.1 cm)
Interconnect Functionality - No
